Frequently asked questions about renting our Branson condos:

Q: Who are you renting from?
A: We are a married couple in Blue Springs, MO, a suburb of Kansas City.  Lee is a church music pastor and Casey is an elementary school teacher.  We are both very busy with our church and friends, but we love to get away to Branson every time we get a chance!
 
Q: Why rent from us instead of directly through the resort?
A: You save money!  Because we are individual owners, we can charge you less than if you rented from a big company.  Our rates are not only less than our own resort, but many others we've checked too.
 
Also, many of the condos on resort rental programs have older, lower quality furnishings and offer only the basics.  However, our condos offer you new, modern décor and furniture that is a much nicer quality than a “stock” condo.  Plus we’ve equipped our units with lots of extras, including DVD players, stereo system, movies, games, wireless internet and more… All for less than you would pay for a regular condo.
 
Q: Why do we ask for your full payment 30 days before arrival?
A: This is a simple matter of protection for us.  Often we book our condos many weeks in advance.  If a renter should change their mind and back out at last minute, we would most likely be unable to re-rent.  This means we would lose business and lose money which helps us pay the condo expenses.  Therefore, we ask for the payment in advance to ensure that you are a serious renter.
 
Q: What’s our refund policy?
A: Until 30 days prior to your stay: Full deposit refund
• 30-15 days prior to your stay: Balance refunded, no deposit refund
• 15 or less days prior to your stay: No refund
Of course, if you have a medical emergency, family death, or similar situation, we would certainly be willing to provide a refund at any time.  We are nice people, and we’ll be as flexible as we can be!
